How We Solved It

We built the system on Airtable with a database of candidates, jobs, and applications. Everything is linked and updates automatically.

Candidates fill out an online form specifying their availability, interests, and limitations. All data flows directly into the system.

All information about temp jobs — conditions, dates, locations — is now in one database, easily filterable.

Automated selection

The system automatically matches suitable candidates to each job and sends offers via email, Telegram bot, and app.

Tracking statuses

Each application goes through stages: application → confirmation → start → completed/no-show. It shows who worked where and when.

Candidates see current job offers, can apply, track their applications, and view their history. Over 4,000 users are already onboard.
